As an Information Technology Engineer , I provide technical support and IT operations for various projects and clients, leveraging my Cisco certifications and skills in information technology. I have more than four years of work experience in the IT field, having previously worked as an IT Specialist at IT STEP Computer Academy and a Support Specialist at ESET. I graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas with a Bachelor's degree and Master degree , and I am passionate about cybersecurity and networking. My core competencies include problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer service. My mission is to deliver high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
