I’m in med school, TDMU. I’ve literally spoken English all my life , been to schools that have been thorough in making sure I speak English correctly. My teaching method would be centered around conversations in English, reading chapters of books, vocabulary building exercises, using the English dictionary. I could also write Essays. I would use techniques that would make you feel comfortable, that’s why I think conversations with you in English would help make you more comfortable , and safe to make mistakes and thereby improve your English . We’re human beings, we all make mistakes, and then we learn from them. If we have to do the basics and start from scratch fine, we start with the alphabets , once we can pronounce them, the words they form would start to make sense. Everything is step by step , and with each step with me, your English would get better and better.
