I am Nazan Naslian, I graduated from Brusov State University in Yerevan, Armenia. I have Bachelor`s and Master`s degrees (please find the attachment) in Linguistics, Translation and Interpretation field.I got my TEFOL/TESOL teaching certificate while I was teaching in China (please find the attachment).

I have worked in different types of educational institutions like private training centers, private schools, even in the university I have studied, I have taught English to staff of different ministries in Armenia. The methods of teaching can very from age to age:I prefer to teach through interactive games to young students, I had that experience while working in Sesame Street TC in China, all the lesson we play games and study the content. Playing games is also useful for older students, as well as Montessori method to teach a foreign language is a great choice,I used that method while working in a private kindergarten in China. In addition to the above mentioned a good planning of the lesson is a key. I choose the content based on what the students need and want to get. I have chosen a set of handbooks from what I choose what is appropriate to my students, we can read texts and discuss, do some workbook exercises, play games base on the lesson content, review the previous lesson content by dialogues and discussions and of course grammar if the students require.

The results of my students delight me nicely. If they chose me to improve their speaking then they reached their goals, I trained people to improve their speaking for international trainings and meetings, my students (3-15) in China start to have a conversation with me after 3-6 months intensive trainings. They succeed their school tests, course tests that I run for them. To cut it short I succeed in teaching English.
