Hi, everyone!
I graduated from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University as Master in Teacher of Russian language and literature with honor diploma in 1995.
For more than 20 years I help people from a variety of countries learn the Russian language and speak Russian.
As a Ph.D. in philology, I perfectly understand a system of a language, however, this system is a set of instruments for communication! My main role is to give my students confidence in their ability to use some of those instruments correctly. That’s why while working with students, I see the language through their eyes. You might say that we reinvent the language laws together.
As a visual, I do know the importance of illustrated material and work with text. But I also believe that discussion is a practical use of vocabulary and grammar, and, thus, leads to long-term remembering. The more you speak, the better!
Last, but not least, I don’t like wasting time. A lesson is a part of life, so I am interested in what my student thinks of weather in Kyiv, family troubles, or the future of their country. Come, and we will talk!
